Businesses
A venture ecosystem, not a portfolio slide
Each project below is chosen for operating fit, not novelty. Some are live operators, some are publishing lanes, and some are lessons being documented for the next builder.
How I think about ventures
I do not collect logos. I build or back things where I can see the operating logic clearly: who the customer is, what promise is made, how delivery is measured, and what has to be true for the business to compound.
The ventures below share a spine: premium trust, repeatable systems, and people who can carry standards without the founder in every room.
Active and in-build ventures
Status labels reflect operating reality as of this site launch, not fundraising theatre.

A premium wellness concept focused on recovery, performance, and longevity. Early conversations welcome from aligned operators, clinicians, and brand partners.

Investment Research
Macro notes, business analysis, and long-horizon market commentary written from an operator's seat. Commentary only, not personalised advice.
- Business quality and incentives first
- Macro as backdrop, not as a trading signal
- Sample topics on homepage and research page
- Documenting
Past Venture Lessons
Closed and past projects are being written up as operating notes so the mistakes and wins are useful, not sentimental.
- Honest post-mortems for future operators
- Published through the Operating Notes lane
- No recycled pitch decks as content
Partnership lens
If you are an investor, operator, or corporate partner, the most helpful first message states the venture context, what you have already built, and what kind of collaboration you are actually proposing.
I am selective about partnerships where accountability would be blurred. Clear roles beat exciting decks.
